Hope Caitlin is a 22 year old artist based in the North East area o f England.  Becoming chronically ill at the age of 11 and unable to attend school, she crafted a world of wonder, all from her bed.  a decade long struggle meticulously documented on scarps of paper, iPhone notes and visual art pieces, in her words:

  Pure and Simple, I love it.  It's the language of my heart and not speaking it feels harder somehow.  It's what gets me out of bed on hard days and on the days I can't leave, it keeps me company.  Hearing people's connections to the work I make is an indescribable feeling.  I don't think anything connects us the way art does - and for that, it's my favourite thig in the whole world.
